摘要
轴类零件在机械零件中应用最为广泛,其加工工艺、加工质量对零件有较大的影响。本文以位移传感器中细长轴车削加工为例,从传统加工工艺、零件装夹方式入手,对细长轴受力、刀具角度刃磨与精确定位等方面进行解析,并采取相应措施,成功解决了细长轴在车削加工过程中易折断或变形的难题。
Shaft parts are widely used in machinery Industry,the processing and processing quality of the shaft parts are important to the machine components.In this paper the force on the shaft,cutting-tool angle sharpening and accurate positioning are analyzed through the study of traditional processing and parts clamping method according to an example of slender shaft turning in displacement transducer.Finally,the problems of breaking or bending are solved successfully by taking corresponding measures.
