摘要
用高纯度的Ni、Si粉为原料,采用真空熔炼Ni-Si合金,通过成分设计、退火等方法制备原位自生Ni3Si/Ni复合材料。采用SEM、XEM和EPMA分析了复合材料的微观结构。结果表明,通过熔炼的方法可以制备Ni3Si/Ni复合材料;组织中规则的片层状共晶和无定形结构分布在熔体中;冷却速度和过冷度是影响其共晶生长方向和无定形结构的主要因素。
In this paper, the in-situ synthesis Ni3 Si/Ni composite was prepared by vacuum melting the Ni--Si alloy with compositional design and annealing methods, using the high purity Ni and Si powder as raw materials. And then the microstructure of composites was analyzed by SEM, XEM and EPMA. The results show that Nis Si/Ni composite can be prepared by melting method. The lamellar eutectic and amorphous structure distributed in the micros tructure regularly. The most important elements that influence on the growth orientations and amorphous structure were cooling velocity and sub-cooling degree.
