摘要
通过拉伸测试、光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)二次电子像、背散射电子像和微区能谱分析,研究了Sn对AlSi7Cu2Mg合金性能和组织的影响。结果表明,当Sn含量(质量分数)大于0.2%时,AlSi7Cu2Mg合金的抗拉强度和延伸率显著降低。添加了Sn元素的AlSi7Cu2Mg合金中Si相粗化,大小不一且分布不均匀。
In this paper,the effects of Sn on the microstructure and Properties of AlSi7Cu2Mg Alloy were studied by tension test,optical microstructure(OM),scanning electronic microstructure,backscattered electron images and micro energy spectra.The results show that the tensile strength and elongation of AlSi7Cu2Mg alloy decreased obviously when the content of Sn is more than 0.2%.The AlSi7Cu2Mg Alloy with the addition of Sn would cause the coarse and inhomogeneous distribution of Si-phase.
