消疮凝胶剂成型工艺的实验研究

Study on the Molding Technics of Xiaochuang Hydrogel

目的:研究消疮凝胶剂的成型工艺。方法:以凝胶的黏稠度、外观及稳定性为考察指标,筛选凝胶基质、防腐剂及保湿剂种类。结果:以7%CMC-Na为基质,基质∶药材提取物∶甘油比例为5∶4∶1,0.2%山梨酸为防腐剂,所制凝胶稳定性较好,pH值在6.03～6.56之间。结论:消疮凝胶剂成型工艺简单,性质稳定。

Objective：To study the molding technics of Xiaochuang hydrogel. Methods：The types of base, preservative and humectant were optimized and guided by the viscidity and appearance and stability of the hydrogel. Results：7% CMC-Na was used as base, glycerol as hamectant, 0.2% sorbic acid as preservative. The proportion of base,herbal extract,glycerol was 5,4,1. The hydrogel was homogenous and had proper viscosity and good stability, pH value was within 6.03-6.56. Conclusion：The molding technics of Xiaochuang hydrogel is simple. The quality of the hydrogel is stable.
