摘要 以甘氨酸、叠氮化钠及原甲酸三乙酯等为原料,合成了四氮唑乙酸,改进了现有工艺,得到的适宜的工艺条件为,n(甘氨酸):n(叠氮化钠):n(原甲酸三乙酯)=1:1:1.4,甘氨酸分批加料,加料时间4h,加完甘氨酸后反应时间2h,反应温度70℃。四氮唑乙酸收率达75(,纯度达98(以上。 Tetrazoleacetic acid was synthesized from glycine, sodium azide and ethyl orthoformate. The present technique was improved. The proper reaction conditions were n (glycine) : n ( sodium azide ) : n (ethyl orthoformate) = 1 : 1 : 1.4. Glycine was added to reacting substance gradually in 4 hours and the reaction continued 2 hours. The reaction temperature was 70℃. The yield of product was 75% and the purity was over 98 %.
