摘要
分析料浆法磷铵生产原理,根据磷矿酸解的工艺过程,充分利用湿法磷酸过剩的硫酸和磷酸的氢离子活化能分解部分湖北保康尧治河二次磷矿以降低磷铵产品的酸耗,通过实验确定最佳的工艺条件,采用无预反应的中和浓缩是工业上实施的较好方式,实验结果表明,技术上可行,磷铵产品硫酸单耗下降7%~13%,二次磷矿的转化率大于全装置的磷得率。
The production theory of slurry - concentrated process for ammonium phosphate was studied. It was found that from the phosphate rock acidolysis process, the secondary phosphate rock from Yaozhihe in Baokang of Hubei Province could be partly decomposed by the residual sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid from the wet -process phosphoric acid production so that the consumption of sulfuric acid could be reduced. The technological parameter was defined by the experiment. It was also found that neutralization and concentration without any pre -reaction was the best way for commercial run. The experimental results also supported the fasibility on technology, such as 7% - 13% the consumption of sulfuric acid in ammonium phosphoric production was cut down and the conversion rate of the secondary phosphate rock was higher than the total productive rate of the phosphate from the installation.
