灵武地区青年人龋病患病状况调查

Study of dental caries prevalence in adolescent of in Lingwu

目的调查了解灵武地区青年人龋病患病的发展状况,掌握详实的基线资料以利今后防治工作的开展。方法由口腔专业人员参考《第二次全国口腔健康流行病学调查方案》的标准,对灵武地区2001—2005年8114名应届高中毕业生进行龋病及相关因素和防治的现况调查。结果灵武地区高中毕业生龋患率、龋均逐年变化不大(r=-0.345,P=0.570;r=-0.619,P=0.196),总体有所下降;龋齿充填比率逐年有所提高,2005年较2001年有明显提高(r=0.924,P=0.025);女性患病率高于男性(χ2=28.854,P<0.001);汉族发病率高于回族(χ2=7.782,P=0.005)。结论随着口腔健康教育的开展和普及,灵武地区青年人龋病患病率有所降低,龋齿充填率明显提高。但是应强调进一步加强学校青年学生的口腔健康知识的宣教工作,做到早预防、早发现、早治疗,降低患龋率,提高龋齿充填比率。

Objective To study the prevalence of dental caries among adolescent in the district of Lingwu,and further to achieve the detailed baseline evidence.Methods Oral examinations were conducted in high school graduates between 2001 and 2005.The number of caries,caries rate,average of decayed teeth and caries filling ratio were recorded and analyzed.Results The trends of caries rate and average of decayed teeth were declined as a whole （r=-0.345,P=0.570;r=-0.619,P=0.196）;The caries filling ratio were continuously increasing year by year and achieve obvious enhance in 2005 compared with that in 2001 （r=0.924,P=0.025）;Analysis from these data shown that the rate of caries in women is higher than that in men （χ2=28.854,P0.001）,and it was higher in Han nationality than that in Hui nationality （χ2=7.782,P=0.005）.Conclusion Strengthening the school young students knowledge of oral health advocacy including early prevention,early detection,early treatment was still necessary.
