摘要
硬质合金的硬度反映硬质合金在不同的化学成分、组织结构及热处理工艺条件下机械性能的差异,广泛应用于硬质合金性能的检验中。以标准硬质合金洛氏(A标尺)硬度块为例,评定了硬质合金洛氏硬度(A标尺)的测量不确定度。
The hardness of cemented carbide reflects difference of the mechanical property of different chemical compositions, structures and heat treatment process conditions, is applied to test of cemented carbide's performance extensively. Taking standar Rockwell Hardness (A scale) reference block as an example, this paper evaluates the measurement uncertainty for Rockwell Hardness (A scale) test of cemented carbide.
