摘要
以对氰基苯酚和1,3-二溴丙烷为原料,聚乙二醇400为催化剂,制备1,3-二对氰基苯氧基丙烷。考察了催化剂用量、原料配比、温度和时间对产率的影响。结果表明,对氰基苯酚与1,3-二溴丙烷物质的量之比为2.3∶1.0,醚化反应温度为60℃,反应时间为6 h,催化剂用量10 mL,其最大产率达到72%。
Polyethylene glycol 400 was used as a catalyst in this research to catalyze the etherified reaction of p-cyanol phenol and 1,3- dibromo-propane to prepare 1,3-dip-cyanoloxybenzene-propane. Influences of the content of catalyst, materials ratio, reaction temperature, and reaction time on the etherifieation were investigated. The largest yield of product reached 72% when the ratio of p-cyanol phenol and 1,3-dibromo-propane is 2.3 to 1.0, the volume of catalyst is 10 mL, reaction temperature is 60 ℃ and the reaction time is 6h.
