摘要
研究了一种水基压敏胶清洗剂的制备。采用单因素实验方法对配方中各组分种类进行优化筛选,并采用正交实验法确定主要组分的用量。实验结果表明,当各组分质量分数分别为N-甲基吡咯烷酮25%、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺3%、AES 1.0%、水70%时,清洗效率最高,清除时间短,4 m in可除掉压敏胶标签。本清洗剂具有清洗效率高、对基材无腐蚀、对人体安全且环境友好的特点。
In this paper, a water based detergent for the pressure sensitive labels was prepared. The main materials were selected by single factor experiments. The optimized formula was obtained by orthogonal experiment. Experimental results indicate that the cleaning efficiency is optimum for pressure sensitive labels on the surface of many kinds of base materials such as glass, wood, cement and metal with 25% of NMP, 3% of DFM, 1.0% of AES, 0.1% of JFC, 0.3% of CMC, and the rest of water; it only needs a few minutes to clean the labels. At the same time, it is free corrosion to base materials, free contamination for people and environment.
