摘要
感温高分子由于其特有的温度敏感性而广泛应用于药物缓释、物料分离提纯、温敏薄膜、酶的固定以及免疫分析等领域。从感温高分子的温敏机理、合成、水凝胶改性3个方面对感温高分子的研究进展进行了综述。
Thermo-sensitive polymers are widely used in the fields of drug release, separation and purification of materiel, thermo-sensitive film, purer acetylcholinesterase, immunization analysis and so on. This article mainly discussed the thermo-sensitive mechanism and synthesis of thermo-sensitive polymers and the modification of thermo-sensitive hydrogels.
