Accelerating the development of the Tianjin food additives industry

食品工业与食品添加剂的关系密不可分。从一定意义上讲,没有食品添加剂的介入,就没有现代化的食品工业。人们总也离不开食品,对食品的要求,不仅是为了维持生命,还希望食品能提供感官和心理上的享受。食品的色、香、味,极为重要。香精的赋香、定香、矫味、辅香功能,对增加食品的花色品种,丰富食品的色、香、味,提高食品的质量和档次,都起着至关重要的作用。 目前世界上允许使用的香精香料约有2,000种,我国允许使用的有近千种,其中大多数是合成香精香料,天然香精香料较少。它们已广泛应用于饮料、乳制品、调味品、糕点糖果、冰制品、烘烤制品、肉制品。

Compared to the global food additives industry, Tianjin has certain developmental limitations, including small production scales, backwards technology. An expert suggests ways in which these problems can be tackled and how to accelerate the growth of the industry in the city.
