气相色谱法测定缓释剂中敌敌畏的含量

Mensurment of dichlorvos concentration in delay release reagent by gas chromatograpy

采用气相色谱法测定缓释剂中敌敌畏的含量。实验结果表明,该方法在一定质量浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率99.3%,相对标准偏差0.65%。该方法简便、准确可行、灵敏度高。

The concentration of diehlorvos was determined by gas chromatograpy. The experimental result indicates that the method has well hnearization in certain scope of the quality concentration. The average recycle effieienay is 99.3% and the relalively standard is 0.65%. The method is simple, sensitive and exact.
