摘要
为实现资源的合理利用,通过采取改善原燃料质量、适时调整煤气流分布、提高压差和高富氧大喷吹等一系列操作技术措施,并实施低硅冶炼,邯钢7#高炉在存在采用料车上料、热风炉建造技术差、只能喷吹无烟煤等设计缺陷的限制下,平均日产达到5100t以上,利用系数达到2.55t(/m.3d),煤比160kg/t,焦比320kg/t,燃料比526kg/t。
In order to realize reasonable utilization of the resource, Handan Steel No.7 BF adopted a series of operation technology measures such as improving the quality of raw material and fuel, adjusting gas flow distribution duly, increasing the top pressure, oxygen-enriched pulverized coal-injection and implemented low silicon smelting. Although the BF had the restriction of itself design defects such as charging by skip, poor building technology of hot-blast stove and only spraying anthracite, the main technical and economic indexes were improved largely: the average daily production reached 5 100 t; the productivity was 2.55 t/(m^3. d); the coke ratio was 320 kg/t; the coal ratio was 160 kg/t; and the fuel ratio was 526 kg/t.
