济钢高炉喷煤系统优化改造

摘要 济钢第一炼铁厂针对原喷煤系统存在的制粉设备产能低、耗能大,设备故障多,不能进行烟煤、无烟煤混喷等问题,采取了一系列优化改造措施:扩建煤场,实现了原煤储备量充足、给料快、达标;引进高产能中速磨煤机,并对其分离器结构和气流喷嘴的导流方式及收粉设备进行优化改造,保证了煤粉的产质量,消除了安全隐患;改用卧筒式烟气发生炉,确保系统压力、温度、流量符合混喷工艺要求;完善煤粉输送系统配置等,实现了煤粉的平稳均匀输送,实现了高炉高煤比喷煤。 Aiming at existent problems in original coal injection system, such as low productivity and high energy dissipation of the milling equipment, more equipment faults and mix PCI of bituminous and anthracile could not carry out, No.1 Ironmaking Plant of Jinan Steel adopted a series of optimization transform measures: Expanding coal storehouse and realizing enough reservation, high quality and fast supply of raw coal; Optimizing the separator structure, the diversion way of its air flowing nozzle and the fines collection equipment of introduced high productivity the medium-speed grinding coal machine, then guaranteed the yield and quality of coal fines and eradicated hidden danger;, Using horizontal burn furnace ensure systematic pressure, temperature and flow to meet a PCI technology criterion; Improving PCI system realized steady transport of coal fines and the high coal radio of the blast furnace.
