ELISA方法与国标法在检测鲜奶中沙门氏菌的比较研究

A Comparison between Direct ELISA and National Standard Method for the Detection of Salmonella Spp. in Milk Samples

应用直接ＥＬＩＳＡ方法对３５０份奶样进行沙门氏菌的检测，其阳性检出率为１．４％；同时采用常规方法检测，其阳性检测率为１．２％。与常规方法相比，该法的敏感性和特异性分别为１００％和９９．７％（３５０份奶样）。结果表明，该法具有快速、准确等特点，２～３天即可完成样品筛选。

A direct ELISA based on monoclonal antibodies(McAbs) for the rapid detection of salmonella spp. in 350 Milk samples was developed.The positive rate of ELISA is 1.4%, but the positive rate of standard procedure is 1.2%. Therefore 350 milk samples were inspected by ELISA with 100% sensitivity and 99.7% specificity as evaluated on the basis of the standard procedure. These results showed that the direct ELISA may be a practical reliable and rapid screen method, providing results within 2～3 days.
