摘要
观测经过等离子体处理番茄种子的植株生长发育和产品品质的变化,从而找到提高番茄产量以及抗病性的等离子体处理的适宜电压范围。利用大气压等离子体装置对番茄种子(红杂10号)进行处理,研究了不同电压(4760~6800V)的大气压等离子体处理番茄种子后对番茄植株生长以及产量与品质的影响。试验结果表明,不同电压的等离子体处理后对番茄植株生物性状的影响效果不同,等离子体处理的7个组的单果重(〉80g)、果长(≥5.2cm)、果粗(≥5.5cm)均比对照(CK)有明显提高。处理后的番茄抗病毒病除第6组和第7组与对照CK发病率相同外,其他组的病毒发病率均为2.08%。等离子体处理的7个组的总产量均比对照(CK)高(〉2797kg/667m^2),产量最高的是3540kg/667m^2(6120V),总产量比CK提高26.56%。综上所述,等离子体处理电压范围在5440~6120V对番茄的大多数指标较好,最好的是6120V处理。从番茄总产量和抗病性方差分析以及回归预测均与实验数据基本一致。
To explore appropriate voltage of plasma treatment that promote traits and yield of tomato, tomato seeds were treated by plasma at 4 760 to 6 800 V, and traits and yield of tomato were observed. The results showed that plasma treatment at different voltage has different effects on traits and yield of tomato. The weight (〉80g), length (≥5.2cm), and diameter (≥5. 5em) of single fruit of tomato treated by plasma increase significantly compared to control. Except for treatment 6 and 7, the incidence of virus (2.08%) is lower than control. The total yields of tomato from the seven treatments are higher than control significantly. The yield of tomato treated by plasma at voltage 6 120 increases 26.56 % compared to control, which is 3 540 kg/667m^2. Variance analysis and regression analysis on yield and disease resistance approved that plasma treatment can promote traits and yield of tomato, the appropriate voltage is 6 120 V.
