摘要
真菌毒素是一类真菌产生的次级代谢产物,在自然界中分布极为广泛,严重危害人畜健康,污染食品、农产品及药用植物等。由于真菌毒素含量较低,普通方法难以准确测定,色谱-质谱技术由于其灵敏度高、前处理相对简单,结果准确可靠,在检测真菌毒素方面前景广阔。对色谱-质谱联用技术在真菌毒素检测中的应用研究进展进行了综述,并对其在药用植物真菌毒素检测中的应用前景进行了展望。
Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites produced by certain filamentous fungi, which widespreadly distributed in the natural world. They have negative impacts on animals and humans as one of the most dangerous pollution sources for foods and medicinal plants. The common analytical methods are hard to identify and determine mycotoxins since their contents in the natural occurring substances are lower. Chromatography-mass spectrometry technologies have significantly extended the application of mass spectrometry in mycotoxins determination due to excellent selectivity, high sensitivity, and simple pretreatment. This paper reviewed the technique advances in mycotoxins determination and prospected the application trends in traditional Chinese medicines.
