摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,使用SunFireTMC18不锈钢色谱柱和紫外检测器,以乙腈-水(80∶20,v/v)为流动相,流速1.2 mL/min,在230nm波长下,对氟节胺乳油进行定量分析测定。结果表明,氟节胺的线性相关系数为0.9997,标准偏差为0.014,变异系数为0.05%,平均回收率为99.5%。高效液相色谱法操作简便、快速、准确,重现性好,可供氟节胺乳油质量控制用。
The quantitative analysis method of flumetralin in emulsifiable was developed by HPLC under the condition of 230nm wavelength, 1. 2mL/min flow rate, acetonitrile-water (80 : 20, V/V) mobile phase. The results showed that its linear correlation coefficient, standard deviation, variability coefficient and mean recovery were 0. 9997, 0. 014, 0.05% and 99.5% respectively. Therefore, the high performance liquid chromatography with simplicity, rapidity and accuracy can be used in quality control of flumetralin emulsifiable.
