摘要
为探讨黔龙1号火龙果果实的发育过程,对其全果、果肉、果皮和鳞片鲜重变化动态及果肉中水分的需求和分配进行了研究。结果表明:黔龙1号火龙果果实在整个生长期鲜重的增长型呈双“S”曲线型;果实成熟时全果、果肉鲜重均达到最大值;水分支配着果实、果肉鲜重的增长;果实发育后期水分含量与增加速率最高;水分的最大效益期在花后24-29d;黔龙1号火龙果果实成熟时,水分和干物质在果肉内占的比例最大,果皮次之,鳞片最少。
The variation trend of whole fruit, flesh, peel and scale fresh weight and flesh water demand and distribution of Qianlong 1 (a pitaya variety) were studied to discuss its fruit development process. The results showed that the increase of fruit fresh weight presents a double "S" type throughout the growing period, the whole fruit and flesh fresh weight is up to maximum at fruit maturity stage, water supports increase of fruit and flesh weight, the fruit water content and its water increase rate is up to the maximum at later period of fruit period, the maximum period of water efficiency is at 24-29 d after its flowering and the proportion of water and dry matter in flesh is the highest at fruit maturity stage, followed by peel and scale.
