原子光谱法测定水蜡树果中微量元素的含量

Determination of Trace Elements Content in Fruits of Ligustrum obtusiifolium by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

选用硝酸和高氯酸（5：1）混合消化液对水蜡树果进行消化，用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定水蜡树果中铁、锰、锌、铜的含量，原子荧光光谱法测定其中硒的含量。结果表明，水蜡树果中铁、锰、锌、铜、硒含量分别为86．65、19．33、23．80、12．11、0．037μg／g，相对标准偏差0．75％～2．17％，回收率97．10-103．28％。该方法快速、可行、精密度较好。
