Determination of Trace Elements Content in Fruits of Ligustrum obtusiifolium by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 选用硝酸和高氯酸(5:1)混合消化液对水蜡树果进行消化,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定水蜡树果中铁、锰、锌、铜的含量,原子荧光光谱法测定其中硒的含量。结果表明,水蜡树果中铁、锰、锌、铜、硒含量分别为86.65、19.33、23.80、12.11、0.037μg/g,相对标准偏差0.75%~2.17%,回收率97.10-103.28%。该方法快速、可行、精密度较好。 The content of Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu mixed solution of HNO3 and HClO4 (5 : 1) was fluorescence spectrometry.
