当前,畜牧业已成为贵州省农村经济的重要支柱产业,随着人民生活水平的不断提高,确保畜产品质量安全已成为各级政府和社会关注的热点,也是贵州省畜牧业可持续发展急需解决的重大问题。详细阐述了贵州省畜产品质量安全现状,分析了影响畜产品质量安全的主要因素,针对贵州省畜产品质量安全存在的问题,提出了相应的发展措施及对策。
Because animal husbandry is an important pillar industry of rural economy in Guizhou, the quality of livestock products is related to sustainable development of animal husbandry and has aroused general concern of society and governments with different levels in Guizhou. The paper reviews the current situation of quality safety of livestock products in detail, analyzes the main factors to affect its quality safety and puts forward the corresponding development measures and countermeasures to solve the problems in quality safety of livestock products in Guizhou.
