儿童重型颅脑损伤临床分析

THE TREATMENT OF SEVERE BRAIN INJURY IN CHILDREN

目的:探讨儿童颅脑损伤的临床特点,提高治疗效果,改善预后。方法:对139例儿童颅脑损伤的患儿进行了回顾性分析总结。结果:男86例,女53例,入院时GCS评分:3～5分21例,6～8分118例。按出院时GOS治疗结果评分,本组恢复良好98例,中残11例,重残6例,死亡24例。结论:儿童颅脑损伤的临床表现与成人相较有明显差异,而预后较成人好。准确判断、及早治疗和早期预防各种并发症是提高治疗效果的关键。

Objective： To summarize the clinical characteristics of severe brain injury in children. Methods： 139 cases of children with severe brain injury from January 2003 to January 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results： There were 98 eases recovered , 11 moderate disability, 6 severe deficit ,and 24 died. Conclusion： These children would have satisfactory outcome if they were diagnosed early and accurately treated.
