血管内皮祖细胞与脑肿瘤血管生成
摘要
自Asahara等于1997年首次提出血管内皮祖细胞（endothelial progenitor ceils，EPCs）以来，有关EPCs的研究日益增多。EPCs是血管内皮细胞（endothelial cells，EC）的前体细胞，又称为血管母细胞，在某些情况下EPCs可被动员至外周血，归巢至靶组织参与生理和（或）病理性血管形成，内皮祖细胞被认为是脑肿瘤新生血管生成重要的起始环节，现就EPCs与脑肿瘤血管生成综述如下。
