摘要
目的:观察健康教育路径在膀胱癌患者中的应用效果。方法:将患者随机分为两组,实验组38例应用健康教育路径进行健康教育,对照组35例按传统健康教育方式宣教。出院前采用自制设计的调查表进行调查,测评两组患者对膀胱癌健康知识、健康技能掌握情况及对健康教育的满意度。结果:实验组患者对健康知识和健康技能的掌握以及对健康教育的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用健康教育路径对膀胱癌患者实施健康教育,满足了患者和家属对健康教育的需求,提高了健康教育的效果,促进患者更好地掌握健康教育知识,提高了患者满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of health education pathway on perioperative period patients with bladder carcinoma.Methods:Perioperative period patients with bladder carcinoma were randomly divided into 2 groups: control group (n=35) and observation group (n=38); traditional nursing was given to control group while health education was performed along the well-designed pathway in observation group. Results:The patients in observation group had a better command of health knowledge than the patients in control group and their satisfaction rate was higher (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion : The performance of health education pathway on radical eystectomy and ileal conduit patients can meet the requirements of the patients and their families, enhance the effect of the health education, and promote a better command of health knowledge in the perioperative period patients, and raise the satisfaction rate of the patients.
