摘要 在大田条件下,于马铃薯块茎膨大期叶面喷施2-N,N-二乙氨基乙基己酸酯(DTA-6)、烯效唑(S330)7和SOD模拟物(SODM)3种植物生长物质,研究其对马铃薯叶片同化物代谢、产量和块茎品质的影响。结果表明:DTA-6提高了马铃薯叶片淀粉运输速率、可溶性糖和还原糖含量,SODM提高了生育后期马铃薯叶片可溶性糖含量,两种物质均延缓了生育后期可溶性蛋白的下降速率,S3307对同化物代谢的调节作用不明显。综合分析得出:3种物质均提高了马铃薯的产量,改善了块茎品质,其中以SODM作用为最佳,DTA-6次之。 In the field experiment, effects of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate (DTA-6), unieonazole (S3307) and SOD mimics (SODM) by using foliar application were studied on metabolism assimilation of leaves, yield and tuber quality in the potato tuber bulking stage. The starch output rate, soluble sugar and reducing sugar content of leaves were enhanced by using DTA-6 foliar application. SODM could increase the soluble sugar content of leaves during the later growth stage. Both DTA-6 and SODM delayed the decreasing rate of soluble proteins in the later growth stage. But the effect of S3307 foliar application was not obvious on the metabolism assimilation. The results indicated that it was effective to improve the yield and the quality by spraying the three plant growth substances. SODM and DTA-6 were more effective than S3307.
