摘要
在尼龙6水解聚合数学模型得到实验验证的基础上,模拟熔体流过VK管10块挡板的过程中单体的转化率、产物的聚合度、环状二聚体的含量、大分子的端基浓度、相对分子质量多分散性指数等重要质量指标随时间和位置的变化规律,从聚合指标的计算结果反证挡板结构的合理性.
On the base of the envidence that Nylon - 6 hydrolytic polymerization model is tested by the experimental value, the characteristic data of polymerization such as the conversion of monomer, the degree of polymerization, dimer concentration , end group concentration and polydispersity at every stage of polymerization reaction and at every point of the optimal VK. tube are presented for the melt fkrwing through ten alternate conical baffles. And the reasonableness of baffle structure is proved by the calculated polymerization index.
