摘要
通过采用光纤光谱仪采集从菠菜中分离出的各色素组分薄层扫描谱图,分析发现在实验范围内各组分的点样量与峰面积具有良好的线性关系.以四种组分混合体系作为研究对象,在不完全展开下进行薄层扫描,采用改进Fast ICA实现光谱重叠峰的分离,为建立原位薄层快速分析方法提供了研究基础.
A technique for the analysis of pigments using TLC-ICA (Thin Layer Chromatography-Independent Component Analysis) and scanning densitometry is described. The pigments was extracted from spinach and various components were isolated. Using Fiber-optic spectrometer to scan the various components on the thin Jayer plate. The result of analysis shows that there is a good linear relationship between the quantity of point sample of the components and peak area within the scope of the experiment. A four component mixed system was picked as the research object and the TLC scanning was operated in the condition of incomplete development. The revised fast-ICA method was adopted to separate the fused peaks of spectrum. This provides a research basis for the establishment of fast analysis ways for in-situ thin layer.
