数控镗床主轴系统动态特性分析

摘要 鉴于数控镗床主轴系统是在三向同频率简谐力(切削力)的激励下振动,以及与切削力密切相关的主轴滚动轴承的刚度不是定值而是载荷的函数的特点,研究以某数控镗床主轴系统为对象,结合基于谐响应特性分析理论和轴承动刚度理论,通过有限元分析软件ANSYS建立主轴系统的有限元模型,并进行模态分析和谐响应分析,得出了主轴系统在特定工况及不同结构参数下的较低阶固有频率、振型、幅频响应曲线,以及主轴系统的模态不是常量的结论. As numerical control boring machine's spindle systme vibrates under the harmonic force (cutting force)power with the three same frequency, and the stiffnessof spindle rolling bearing which is closely related to the cutting force is not a fixed value but a function of load, the article has built finite element model of spindle system based on ANSYS and conducted mode and harmony response analyses. And it concludes that, in a certain condition and different structural parameters, the lower order natural frequency, vibration shape, the response curve of the amplitude frequency and the mode of spnidle system are not constant, and the design of spindle system should be calculated on the basis of dynamic stiffness of rolling bearing and dynamic mode of spindle system.
