摘要
采用SDA级金刚石制做花岗石切割锯片,对金刚石粒度和浓度的选择进行了研究,对锯齿结构作了特别的研究设计,成功地制造出完全达到石材加工要求的高质量锯片,切割不同硬度和可磨性的花岗石,获得了满意的效果,为我国使用SDA级金刚石制造锯片的工业性生产迈出了第一步。
In this paper studies are made on the selection of grit size and concentration of SDA diamond for producing granite sawing blade. With SDA85^+ diamond grit and specially disigned tooth construction, we've successfully made high quality diamond saw blade for cutting various kinds of granite of different hardness and grindability. The results have proved to be satisfactory. This is the first step in China's industrial diamond saw manufacturing with SDA diamond grit.
