摘要 一种基于DSP的高精度数字电子负载控制系统采用TMS320LF2812为微处理器,利用DSP内部集成的模数转换器采集电流和电压值,并经过PID算法处理控制DA输出,该输出进行功率放大后控制MOSFET漏源电流,从而使受控对象在要求的时间内达到设定的参考值.研究着重阐述了系统的结构、工作原理、软硬件的设计,对系统设计的特点进行了详细的说明,并给出了系统控制效果测试图.实验结果表明:该系统具有稳定性强、调节速度快的特点,很好地满足了系统实际测试要求. A design of high-precision digital E-load control system is based on TMS320LF2812 as microprocessor. The DSP interior integrated ADC is used to sample the voltage and current value that control the output of DA after PID algorithm processed. Then the power of the output to control the current of MOSFET that can make the controlled object achieve the set reference value in demanded time. The paper focused on the structure and principle of the system and the design of software and hardware. It elaborated on the specialty of the system design and also gave the test controlled curve. The experimental result shows that this system has strong stability and high adjusting speed, which have met the practical requirements.
