摘要
对在役钢绳芯胶带中钢绳芯进行早期故障监测,利用小波分析对钢绳芯的磁记忆信号异常集中区信号进行消噪处理和奇异性监测,消除了干扰信号,提高了信噪比,使奇异点更加明显,能够准确检测出胶带内部钢绳芯发生抽动和断头的位置。实验表明此种方法的可行性和有效性。
Wavelet analysis is utilized to process the magnetic signal from the steel pitch in rubber belt to raise the ratio between sigral and noise and to find the location of steel pitch break and motion. Experiments showed this method is feasible and effective .
