摘要
通过对辽化200 kt/a乙烯装置改造运行现状的阐述,说明了新技术、新工艺的应用是装置增产降耗的有效途径。通过运行分析,找出影响装置生产负荷的瓶颈部位及能耗高、加工损失大的主要原因,针对存在的问题提出了相应的优化措施和整改方案。
By introducing the operation of the 200 kt/a modified ethylene plant at Liaoyang Petrochemical Company,this article points out that the application of new technology and new process is an effective way to increase the output and reduce the consumption of units.Based on operation analysis,the bottlenecks which influence the production load of units and the main reasons for high consumption and high processing loss of units are identified,and corresponding optimization measures and improvement plans for existing problems are advanced.
