摘要
2003年广州乙烯装置在进行200 kt/a扩能改造期间,将汽油分馏塔由波纹筛板改为4段填料,改造后汽油分馏塔操作平稳,达到设计要求。2005年5月1日,由于装置停电,该塔发生堵塞,通过工艺调整,优化操作,筛选添加新型药剂和流程改造,延长塔运行周期,保证了高负荷生产。2006年底在装置大修中对该塔进行了第二次改造,塔堵塞问题基本得到解决,但仍存在塔顶温度偏高的问题。
During the expansion modification of 200 kt/a ethylene plant at SINOPEC Guangzhou Company in 2003,the ripple trays in gasoline fractionator were replaced by packing in 4 sections. After modification,the gasoline fractionator has been operated stably and the design requirements were met.On May 1, 2005,the fractionator was plugged because of power failure in ethylene plant.The operation cycle of fractionator was prolonged and high load production was guaranteed by adjusting the process,optimizing the operation,selecting and adding new agents and modifying the process flow.In the end of 2006,the fractionator was modified for the second time during the overhaul of ethylene plant.The plugging problem was almost solved,but the problem of high overhead temperature still remains.
