摘要
通过对裂解炉桩基基础设计方案的比较,说明对于新建单台裂解炉,如果其上部重量大于下部重量,荷载重心与桩基承台形心之间有比较大的距离,桩布置不能简单地采用均匀布置,而应考虑桩基与上部结构的共同作用。通过调整桩布置间距,控制好承台厚度并在两个方向的轴线上配置暗梁的方法,以达到控制沉降的目的。
By comparing two pile foundations for cracking furnace, this paper indicates that if the upper weight of a new single cracking furnace is higher than its lower weight and the space between the load center and the center of pile foundation is relatively big,the combined action of file foundation and upper frame should be taken into consideration instead of adopting uniform arrangement of piles.The sedimentation can be con- trolled by adjusting the distance between piles,controlling the thickness of foundation and designing hidden beams along the axis lines in two directions.
