摘要 选取自然风干的桔子皮提取桔皮黄色素,采用了浸提法,先从浸提剂、液固比、浸提剂浓度、浸提剂酸度、反应温度、反应时间6个方面进行单个因素的选择,然后选择液固比、浸提时间、浸提温度、浸提酸度4个主要因素,设计4因素3水平的正交实验水平表,得到适宜提取工艺条件.试验结果表明:以95%乙醇为浸提剂,以10∶1(mL/g)的液固比,在60℃的浸提温度下,浸提时间为5h,提取桔皮黄色素的效果较为理想. Chooses the orange peel seasoned by natural air to extract the orange peel pigment, adopts digestion, at first carries on the single factor choice including the digestion reagent, the ratio of liquid and solid, the concentration of digestion reagent, the pH value of digestion reagent, the reaction temperature, the reaction time. Then chooses the four main factors including the ratio of liquid and solid, the extraction time, the extraction temperature, the extraction pH value, to design the orthogonal experiment table with four factors three levels, and obtains the optimum experimental conditions. The experimental results indicate that the effect of orange peel pigment digestion is ideal under the conditions of 95 % ethyl alcohol as digestion reagent, 10 ; 1 (mL/g) liquid-solid ratio, 60℃ as extraction temperature, 5 h as extraction time.
