摘要
根据尼龙6水解聚合反应机理,建立了完整的聚合反应数学模型,采用龙格-库塔法计算出各聚合变量的初值,修正的哈明预测校正法求出各种聚合变量的终值,并用实验测定数据验证尼龙6水解聚合模型的可靠性。为进一步研究具有锥形斜挡板内部结构的VK中尼龙6聚合反应奠定基础。
The generalized mathematical model for PA6 polymerization is established according to PA6 hydrolytic polymerization mechanism. The initial values of different polymerization variables are calculated with Runge - Kutta method and the final values are with corrected Hamming Prediction - Correction method. The reliability of PA6 polymerization model is confirmed by experimental data cited from literature.
