64层螺旋CT在腰椎滑脱症诊断中的应用价值

Diagnosis Value of 64 Multi-slice CT on Lumber Spondylolisthesis

目的:探讨64层螺旋CT在腰椎滑脱症诊断中的价值.方法:收集临床拟诊为腰椎滑脱症的患者115例,进行64层螺旋CT检查,判断腰椎滑脱症的程度与性质.结果:本组研究的行CT检查的115例患者均有不同程度腰椎滑脱,其中真性滑脱症82例,假性滑脱症33例.结论:64层螺旋CT能够准确判断腰椎滑脱症程度和性质,并能了解病变部分解剖结构,具有广泛应用前景.

Objective： To explore the diagnosis value of the 64 multi-slice CT （MSCT） on lumber spondylolisthesis. Methods： 115 patients clinically diagnosed as lumber spondylolisthesis were examined by 64 MSCT, they were evaluated the extent and property of lumber spondylolisthesis. Results： 115 patients in the group were found with the lumber spondylolisthesis. 82 patients of them were diagnosed the real lumber spondylolisthesis and 33 patients of them were diagnosed the pseudo-lumber spondylolisthesis. Conclusion： The 64 MSCT can evaluate the extent and property of lumber spondylolisthesis. It can display the anatomic structure of the pathological area, the 64 MSCT has good prospection in the field.
