摘要
根据针刺复合织物结构,分析其在拉伸过程中的内部应力场,说明拉伸应力应变预测计算的困难。织物拉伸变形时,随着应变逐渐增大,织物应力应变本构关系逐渐失去线弹性特点,而表现为纺织材料固有的粘弹性质,使织物拉伸变形具有物理非线性特点。讨论了具有这种特点的织物拉伸应力应变分析计算的有限元方法,并对该有限元方法的算法作出说明。计算结果与实验结果有较好的一致性。
The stress field in the composite fabric which made by needle punching during tensile test, and the difficulty of calculating the stress - strain property are analyzed from the fabric structure. The constitutive equation of fabric will be a non - linear equation when the fabric strain increases because of the viscoelasticity of textile material. The load - deformation of fabric is analyzed according to the physical non - linear problem and this kind of FEM is also put forward. The algorithm of this method is also analyzed. There is good agreement between the calculated result and experimental result.
