摘要
本文运用模糊数学的原理,根据实测数据建立磨削深度、工件速度、砂轮修整导程和磨削液种类与磨削烧伤之间的模糊关系,然后利用模糊关系合成预测磨削烧伤是否产生。并可应用计算机进行数据处理。
Stdudies are made on the prediction of workpiece burn during grinding using fuzzy mathematics. Based on the experimental data the fuzzy relation between work conditions (such as depth of cut, work speed, dressing feed and grinding fluid )and work piece burn was established. Using the composition of fuzzy relation, we can predict wether the workpiece burn was occured. The data obtained can be treated with computer.
