摘要
多泥沙河流的水电站,进入水轮机的水流含有不同程度的泥沙,这些泥沙对水轮机的过流部件常常造成严重的磨蚀,使水轮发电机组的经济运行和稳定运行都受到不同程度的影响。为了减轻水轮机泥沙磨蚀,最有效的办法就是在设计阶段采取有效的防范措施,而不是泥沙对水轮机进行破坏后修复或治理。为此,首先在对电站进行水工枢纽设计时,就要合理布置水工建筑物,减少过机泥沙;其次,要优选机组号数和优化机组结构设计,以及采用优质母材和提高制造质量等。
If a hydropower station is build on a river with much sediment, the water flow that enters into the turbine contains varying degrees sediment. The sediment would cause seriously abrasion to the overflowing parts of turbine ; as a result the economic and steady operation of the turbine would be influenced at varying degrees. For reducing the sediment abrasion, the most effective method is taking effective preventive measures at the period of design, but not repairing after the turbine was be destroyed by sediment. For this purpose, at first the hydraulic structure should be rational arranged to reduce the sediment through the turbine at the period of design for hydraulic pivot Secondly, the unit number should be optimum selected and the design of unit structure should be optimized, as well as the high-quality original materials should be used and the manufacture quality should be improved.
