摘要
通过对目前国内医学本科生基础阶段创新能力培养的基本模式和存在问题的分析及探讨,提出构建医学生基础阶段创新能力培养体系的设想和思路,以期探索一个适合本科生创新能力培养的既循序渐进、又相互衔接,既层次分明、又极少重复,高效率、高质量的创能力新培养体系。
This paper analyzes and explores basic model and existing problems of innovation ability cultivation for domestic medical undergraduates, and proposes a tentative ideas and thinking of constructing innovation ability cultivation system for medical undergraduates in the elementary stage, in oder to explore an innovation ability cultivation system with high effectiveness and high quality suitable for cultivating innovation ability of undergraduates, which proceeds both in an orderly way and step by step and links each other. Both are clear in arangement of ideas and less repetitions.
