摘要
高校实验技术队伍是学校教学科研队伍的重要组成部分。该文从管理模式、定位等方面进行探讨,分析实验技术团队建设模式在目标、协作、责任、技能、绩效等方面的优势,提出了建设的关键措施。组建实验技术团队将为该队伍引入高效的运行机制,促进团队成员技能互补和角色分工明确,形成一加一大于二的团队绩效。只有摆正实验技术团队的定位,才能在实现为学校提供先进实验技术平台的同时,培育和造就实验技术队伍中的大师级人才,促进学校教学科研的更快发展。
The experiment technician team is the important part of teaching and research teams in colleges and universities. This article explores the management mode and position of experiment technician team, analyzes the advantages at the aspects of objective, cooperation, rsponsibility, skills, and achievements, and proposes the key measures for the team construction. In the process of construction for tachnician team, the effective running mechanism, which can promote the suppliment of experiment skills and make the work dividing be clear, is introduced, and forms the result of one plus one bigger than two. Only through putting the experiment technician team into the suitable position, could the master-type talents in the experiment technician team be cultivated and the teaching and research in the university could be developed more quickly.
