摘要
阐述了搭建换热器实验台对建筑环境与设备工程专业发展的重要性,构建了表面式换热器自动测量与控制硬件系统,设计了测量控制软件。该软件能实现参数自动测量、查询历史数据、将数据导出到Excel表格供进一步分析、生成不同工况报表、打开历史报表等功能。其中控制子系统采用以“作用模糊子集”为推理方法的模糊控制器控制换热器进口空气温度。实验数据证明,该系统大大减少了系统稳定所需时间。
This paper expounds the importance of building this test board for development of our specialty. This paper builds computer auto-monitoring hardware system and designs professional software which can achieve auto-measuring, querying previous data, exporting data to Excel, creating report for each working condition, and opening previous report. In order to control the air temperature at the inlet of heat transfer, the subsystem for auto-control makes use of Fuzzy controller with functioning Fuzzy subset inference. This system reduces the time of achieving steady state from the experimental data.
