阐述了保证教学实验设备安全的重要性和必要性，从多年从事教学设备研发的工作经验为基础，以成功开发的HJD-JZ2型自动化夹具综合实验台为例，介绍了为确保安全，在用电安全、液压安全及夹具安全3大方面所采取的一些措施，最后论述了在设计制造、调试整改和试运行阶段，为确保教学设备安全性应采取的一般步骤和措施。目的是为相关人员提供参考。

The paper introduces the importance and necessity of ensuring the security of experiment equipment at the aspects of power supply, hydrolic pressure and fixtures. And taking the HJD-J22 integrated test bed of automation fixture as the example, this paper also introduces the measures for ensuring the equipment security at the aspects of design and manufacturing, adjusting and try-running.
