摘要
本文采用分块金属夹持康铜丝的半人工热电偶测温法对砂带外圆切入磨削温度进行了试验研究。对砂带磨削与砂轮磨削的磨削温度进行了对比试验,并对砂带速度、切入速度和工件速度对砂带磨削温度的影响进行了试验研究。
Experimental studies are made on the grinding temperature during abrasive belt cylindrical plunge grinding. The temperature is measured with a half-artificial thermocouple holding a constantan wire by seperate metal pieces, which temperature is then compared with that of wheel grinding. Studies are also made on the effect of the belt cutting speed, plunge-feed speed and workpieee peripheral speed upon the abrasive belt grinding temperature.
