Constructing the innovation laboratory to enhance the innovation ability for undergraduates

以培养大学生创新精神和创新能力为目标的创新实验室，在创新教育中发挥着重要的作用。介绍了南京工业大学创新实验室的组织运行情况，并对取得的成效进行了分析和讨论，指出创新实验室的建设和完善，是提高大学生创新能力的有效途径之一。

With the aim of fostering students＇ innovation spirit and innovation ability, it is very important to construct and perfect the innovation laboratory, which plays an important role in innovation education. The organizing and operating situation of innovation laboratory in Nanjing University of Technology is introduced, and the analysis and discussion of the effect are given. Then, this paper points out that the construction of innovation laboratory is one of the effective routes to enhance innovation ability for undergraduates.
