伴随国防科研体制的改革，涉密科研项目进入高校实验室已成为必然。依据《武器装备科研生产单位保密资格标准》，结合高校科研实际，对涉密实验室保密体系的设计及管理提出了解决方案。

It is inevitable that the scientific research programs concerning state secret security are going to undertake in laboratories with the reform of scientific research system of national defense. In the consideration of the existing circumstances of research in the university, this article puts forward a series of constructive solutions to the issues in design and management of the laboratory security system for the programs related to the state secret security. This security system was carried out based on ＂The criteria of security qualification for the units of researching and producing weapons and military equipment. ＂
