对日本实践创新人才培养的考察与思考

Inspecting and thinking of cultivating practical and innovative talents in Japan

通过对日本考察期间所见所闻和回国后相关资料的研究，从日本高等教育的发展、日本人的敬业精神、社会对实践创新人才的重视、应对金融危机的策略等4个方面分析了日本实践创新人才培养的先进经验。通过与国内高校实践教学情况的比较，列出了在提高我国高校学生实践创新能力方面可供借鉴的思考。

This article investigates what I saw and heard during my inspecting in Japan and relevant information after I returned to China. It analyses advanced experience of cultivating practical and innovative talents in Japan in terms of the development of higher education in Japan, high spirits of the Japanese, society＇s attaching great importance to practical and innovative talents and the strategy of handling finance crisis. It puts forward thinking of improving our college students＇practical and creative ability by comparing with practical teaching in domestic universities.
