摘要
建立了一种高效液相色谱测定木瓜中维生素C含量的方法.采用0.1%的草酸作为提取剂,色谱中采用Zorbax SB~C18色谱柱,0.1%草酸水作流动相,流速1.0m/min,紫外检测器检测波长261nm.维生素C在20—100μg/mL内有良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为A=73.0542C+50.6898,相关系数为0.9998,方法回收率为98.81%~102.45%,相对标准偏差等于0.861%.所用测定方法简便、快速,能准确测定木瓜中维生素C的含量.
A practical method of detecting the content of Vitamin C in Fructus ehaenomelis by using HPLC was established. A Zorbax SB -C18 column was used and the mobile phase was 0.1% oxalic acid. The detector was UV with the flow rate being 1.0mL/min and the detection wave length 261 mn in the HPLC system. The standard working curve of Vitamin C had a good liner relation in the concentration ranging from 20 to 100 mg, the liner equation was A = 73. 054 2C + 50. 689 8, and the related coefficient was 0. 999 8. The recoveries were 98.81% - 102.45% and the relatively standard deviation was equal to 0. 861%. This method was simple and fast, and it can exactly detect the content of Vitamin C in Fructus ehaenomelis.
